The 55th International Tourism Fair in Novi Sad has ended: "Montenegro always has the best content"

This year, Montenegro successfully presented its winter tourism offer at the 55th International Tourism Fair in Novi Sad, which was held from November 28 to 30.

The joint performance of the National Tourist Organization of Montenegro (NTO Montenegro), the Ministry of Tourism and local tourist organizations, with the support of tourist entities from our country, enabled visitors to get to know in detail the various opportunities offered by Montenegro - from attractive winter arrangements and holiday programs to promotional packages for 2025.

"Serbia is a particularly important market for us, given that we have the largest number of tourists from this country. This year's presentation in Novi Sad showed that there is great interest in our country, and we will continue to work on improving and promoting the tourist offer, in order to attract an even greater number of visitors", said State Secretary Vuk Žižić, who led the delegation of the Ministry of Tourism.

The Montenegro stand was among the most visited, and visitors inquired about the offer during the winter season and enjoyed tasting authentic Montenegrin specialties, which further evoked the hospitality and spirit of the destination.

"For the New Year, I am going to Tivat with my company and we plan to stay for a few days in order to visit other places in Montenegro. We will probably visit Kotor and Budva, because they are destinations that always amaze. "Montenegro always has the best content during the winter, so this year we decided to welcome Zdravko Čolić," said one of the fair's visitors.

Apart from fans of good times and concerts, the stand of Montenegro also attracted those who like to enjoy family vacations, winter sports and nature.

"My family and I are impatiently waiting for the snow and the opening of the ski season. We are planning a vacation in Kolašin, and the children are delighted with the idea of ​​spending days skiing and sledding. We are especially happy that we will spend time in a clean and peaceful environment, far from the city crowd", said one of the visitors of the fair.

At the Montenegrin stand, a prize game was organized by NTO Montenegro and the marketing partner company One Montenegro, in which visitors won promotional gifts through scratch cards.

The promotion of the tourist offer continued after the fair, organized by the Tourist Organization of Herceg Novi, with a reception for business partners, representatives of cultural and public life and the media, held in Novi Sad. This series of promotional activities will be rounded off with a reception in Belgrade on December 2nd, where popular music performers who will perform in Montenegro during the New Year holidays will be present.

Guests from Serbia, who are traditionally the most numerous visitors, showed even greater interest in our country this year. According to the data of the Monstat Administration of Statistics, from the beginning of the year to the end of October, about 433,131 tourists from Serbia visited Montenegro, which represents an increase of 10.89% compared to the same period in 2019.

At the tourism fair in Novi Sad, the offer was also presented by the strategic partners of NTO Montenegro - hotel group Budvanska Riviera, national airline Air Montenegro and marketing partner One Montenegro, as well as local tourist organizations of Bar, Herceg Novi, Budva, Tivat, Kotor, Kolašin, Mojkovac , Rožaja, Žabljak, Andrijevica, Nikšić, Pljevlja, Gusinja, Plava, Piva and Podgorica Nature Park.
