Montenegro won the gold award for the best destination spot

Along with Montenegro, at the Japan World Tourism Film Festival, the gold award in the category 'Tourist destinations - countries'; Switzerland also won, while silver awards went to Slovenia and Uzbekistan.

At the prestigious 7th Japanese World Tourism Film Festival (JWTFF), the destination video of the National Tourism Organization of Montenegro "Uncover Your Wild Side"; won the gold award in the category 'Tourist destinations - countries';. This is the second international recognition for this inspirational video, after it already won an award at The Golden City Gate festival in Berlin.

JWTFF, which was held from March 17 to 19 in the city of Maniwa, is the only tourism film festival in Asia that is part of the renowned International Network of Tourism Film Festivals (CIFFT), and its importance is confirmed by the impressive number of entries this year - as many as 1,132 films in the international competition and 138 films in the Japanese selection.

Our country has found itself side by side with some of the most prestigious tourist destinations in the world, including Switzerland, Turkey, Slovenia, Armenia, Uzbekistan and the island of Saint Helena. Along with Montenegro, the gold award in the same category was also won by Switzerland, while the silver awards went to Slovenia and Uzbekistan.
