The Mimosa Karate Cup gathered 300 participants

In the organization of the Karate club Shotokan team, the XXII International Mimosa Cup 2025 tournament was held in Igalo last Sunday. 300 competitors from 27 clubs took part.

The most successful in the general ranking were KK Omladinac, second place went to KK Ulcinj, and third place was won by KK Budućnost.

The host karatekas, the Shotokan team, won four gold, five silver and 13 bronze medals in the fights, and 32 members of the club performed.

The participants were greeted by the President of the Municipality of Herceg Novi, Stevan Katic, to whom the organizers presented a plaque as a sign of gratitude for the personal support and affirmation of karate sport in Herceg Novi. The plaque was also handed over to the local administration, and it was received by Đorđe Arnaut from the Secretariat for Social Activities and International Cooperation.
