The National Tourism Organization of Montenegro has published a call for interested businesses and other subjects whose field is tourism and hospitality or tourism-related activities to apply for an online reputation report with a quality rating.
The goal of the invitation is to improve the quality of Montenegro as a tourist destination, and the activities will be carried out in cooperation with local tourist organizations. NTO CG will support online reputation measurement for selected applicants and enable them to receive reports free of charge, in order to review the quality assessment, continuously monitor changes and undertake quality improvement activities.
The TrustYou software, which will be used for data processing, collects guest opinions from all online platforms, analyzes and creates an overall quality rating. The report includes other useful information and, optionally, the possibility of comparing the level of quality with competitors in Montenegro and/or the world.
The expert team engaged by the NTO of Montenegro is available for individual counseling for selected applicants. The NTO of Montenegro will take care of the protection of data related to a business or other entity.
