The performance of Exodus and the second exhibition of old-timers in anticipation of the city's holiday

A sun-drenched city, a wonderful October day and a double pleasure on the plateau near Vojničke banje, a performance by the famous Herceg Novi band Exodus and an exhibition of rare old cars, were the reason for the gathering of a large number of both fellow citizens and guests. Overjoyed visitors enjoyed the Sunday program, organized in honor of October 28, Liberation Day and Herceg Novi Municipality Day.

The invitation to celebrate the beauty of the city and good company with a song came from Exodus. The band, which, thanks to friendship and love for music, has been going on for more than five decades, performed world and regional evergreen numbers, including their song, which was called the unofficial anthem of the city, "Who do I really love in Herceg Novi".

Visitors of all generations looked with interest at more than 40 perfectly preserved and arranged old-timers, which arrived in Novi from Montenegrin and surrounding cities.

"37 cars, six motorcycles and one bicycle, aged from 1954 to 1984, participated in today's second gathering of old-timers." The old-timers arrived from Montenegro and the surrounding area, more precisely, their pets were brought by the owners who are representatives of clubs from Ulcinj, Bar, Budva, Tivat, Kotor, Podgorica, Dubrovnik, Konavle, Prizren, as well as from Herceg Novi," the Oldtimer president told us. club Herceg Novi, Ljubo Odalović.

The gathering was organized as an invitation-only event because there was a lot of interest, and the space was limited, Odalović states, and adds that all participants were given appropriate certificates of appreciation. As he says, the wish of the organizers is for this event to become a tradition, and the good reactions and interest of the visitors support that idea.

The co-organizers of the second exhibition of old cars as part of the program in honor of the city's holidays are the Herceg Novi Oldtimer Club and the VW Beetle Lovers Club, with the support of the Municipality of Herceg Novi.
