The promotion of TO Herceg Novi at the Tourism Fair in Belgrade attracted great interest from visitors

Yesterday at the International Tourism Fair in Belgrade, the Herceg Novi Tourism Organization organized a special promotion entitled "Herceg Novi is calling - festival, sun, sea".

"As a tourist organization, we represent our destination and promote both our natural factors, which we are very rich in, as well as anthropogenic ones, because we are a city that is known for culture, history, tradition, but also for entertainment and our events that are known throughout the region," stated the representative of the Herceg Novi Tourist Organization, Bojana Živković.

Special emphasis was placed on the promotion of the 56th Mimosa Festival, which is currently underway.

"With over 50 programs, the Mimosa Festival is an event for all tastes and ages, starting with gastronomic, entertainment, sports and folk events. "For the next weekend, we can announce the closing ceremony, the burning of the Carnival - the culprit for all the misfortunes of the people of Novlja, and the concert of the regional music star Džiboni," Živković announced.

At the TOHN stand, representatives of the Novi tourism industry also present their offer: Portonovi, Hotel Talia, Trend Travel Agency, Apart Hotel Katunjanin and Institut Igalo.

"The Igalo Institute is well known in the region, we have 76 years of tradition, we are the strongest rehabilitation center in the Mediterranean that has helped people all over Europe. We are present at the fair with two service packages, one is the Ex-Yu program intended for citizens of the countries of the former Yugoslavia, which includes five well-known therapies at the Igalo Institute, and the other is a program intended for pensioners from the region, which includes a privileged price for services," said Zoran Kovačević, director of the "Dr. Simo Milošević" Institute.

At the TO Herceg Novi stand, many visitors were able to enjoy the traditional gastronomic offer and the performance of the Castel Nuovo klapa from Herceg Novi.

"We are at all fairs and present what the spirit of the sea brings. This is neither the first nor the last fair we are at. We are always happy to respond to those invitations, because it means for us to present ourselves, but also for all these people who are there in the organization and who deal with the tourist season," said Igor Jovanović from the Castel Nuovo clan.

The TO Herceg Novi stand was visited by the Minister of Tourism in the Government of Montenegro, Simonida Kordić, and actress Tanja Bošković, who is also an honorary citizen of Herceg Novi.

"Herceg Novi has the best atmosphere imaginable, it has a neighborhood that is fantastic, it has wine from the Savina winery that is phenomenal. Herceg Novi has so much to offer. He welcomes you with open arms. I'm celebrating the day I came here for the first time and I simply think that wherever I go, I bring the name and sweetness of this city," said Bošković.
